Depends on the size of your glute, but I think 3-4 ccs would be doable for just about anyone. Unless you're using low dosed gear you probably won't need to go any higher than that. I was using 100mg/ml deca and combined with the test I was pinning quite a bit in my frontload, pain didn't seem any worse than using smaller volume though.

I've done 4ccs in glute and 1.5ccs in each delt all on same day for 7 ccs total. However, I prefer to keep glute injects at 3ccs.

I've done over 3cc in ventroglutes,3cc in delts and 2 in quads...I know a good strongman here in Canada who does up to 10 cc injects in the glutes,her girlfriends does the shot,and sometimes she has to take the syringe with both hands to be able to push the plunger!!!No,i'm not kidding btw!

6cc's of water based (synthetek and syntheselen) in quads or shoulders or glutes every day.

Oil based does not dissipate as fast, I wouldnt go over 4ml in the glutes personally.
