this will be interesting...since I am knew I just want to know a little about everyone.
1-how long ya been lifting
2-how much do ya weigh
3-whats your best max in squat,bench..
4-how many times can you do 225 on the bench press
5-what supplements you use
6-why you lift? just for the joyment or...

I don't lift, I climb. But hey, just for kicks...

Back in the day when I DID lift;
1-Oh, I've been lifting for a while now.
2-Then, 135, now, 145.
3-Hmmm...I can not do "real" squats because I have a screwed up spinal column...but I've never been able to find enough weight to put on the machine that simulates the squat. Highest I've gotten up to was 750. Yeah, I know it's not the same. But come on. Show me the love.

Uhhh...last time I knew, I could bench 150 a few times. Not bad. My weight plus some.

I have an Uncle Walt. He jogs and skis. He looks like my mom.

1: I've been weight training for about six years (I'm 28). Been active all my life.
2: I weight 183 lbs. Weighed 145 before I hit the weights.
3: My max bench is probably around 185-190. I've never tested it. Squat is probably about the same.
4: Can't bench 225. I'm a weak mofo.
5: I use creatine, protein powder, multi-vitamins, and protein/energy bars. I also like chicken, but that's not really a supplement. Unless maybe you bake it in protein powder or Horny Goat Weed.
6: I workout because I enjoy it. Gives me energy, relieves stress, makes my muscles grow, keeps me in shape, and makes me feel better about myself. It's a way of life now. It's not like I have a choice in the matter.
 
1. I've been lifting off and on for about 5 years. But I've only been really serious about it for the last 7 months.

2. I presently weigh 190 but I'm on a bulking phase. My normal weight is around 180.

3. I can't max out on my lifts because I workout at home. On bench I do 3 sets of 8 using 210#'s. On squat I try to do 3 sets of 8 at 200#'s. It's hard to do squats at home, it's basically how much I can pick up over my head and lay on my shoulders without causing injury.

4. Don't know how many times I can bench 225. I believe I could bench it a couple of times though.

5. Take creatine, glutamine and MRP's.

6. Same reasons as I ARE BABOON
 
1-I have been lifting for 14 years.How long have I been lifting in a productive manner?About 2 years.
2-My current bodyweight is 188 ibs.
3-My current best lifts are:Back Squat 315x1/Front Squat 245x1/Bench Press 225x1/Deadlift 375x1
4-Once.
5-Protein powder.I cycle on and off of Glutamine for about 6 weeks.I am currently not using it.
6-I started lifting weights in an effort to reduce the number of beatings I recieved every week.Now I lift just to challenge myself.

6- "To look good naked" which means that I can see better when I have my clothes off.

1-I ahve been lifting for about 8 months now

2-I weigh 120 Lbs with 3-4% body fat

3-I can bench 125 i don't know about squats though because i just started them, but right now i can only do about 60 pounds because i have really weak knees and it hurts too much to do much more then that. How pathetic is that..=(

4-None because as soon as i took the weight up it would rip my arms off and come screaming through my pencil stick body and crush everyone one of my bones in my body

5-None, I try to be as natural as i can

6-To help me have a better self image and to hopefully help me get my ex back again...
Plus i love to physically challenge myself. I'm going to be joinning the reserves and thats all it is and i just can't get it through my head that i will actually be getting paid to do what i love the most....

Off and on for about 20 years. I'llbe 36 in about 2 weeks.

192lbs at 5'10" (close enough) at about 10%BF
3-whats your best max in squat,bench..
Squat: I do it at home alone so I don't max but I suck at squats anyway... can do 225X6
Bench: same thing.. but with my son there to spot I got 225X5
Deads: 255x10
4-how many times can you do 225 on the bench press 5

5-what supplements you use
I eat protien bars 1 a day as a snack but thats it...

6-why you lift? just for the joyment or...
Love it, love to feel the pump, I like being in better shape then most around me, Like last night my 14 year old 135lb son was in my spot on the couch so I just leaned over picked him up and tossed him aside... you should have seen the look..he couldn't believe how easy it was for me

I have been lifting for approximately 7 months. I used to be a competitive distance sprinter. My weight just increased... YEAH! I now weigh 109 pounds, goal is 115. My best bench press before my breast aug in Feb was 100 pounds, now it is only at 65.... but increasing. My best squat was this Sat at 225 for 6 reps..... I was SOOOOOO happy! I supplement with FOOD, glutamine and creatine plus multi vitamins. I started lifting to help augment my running...... but I have had too many foot injuries from the actual running that I have had to give it up. Body building gives me the same discipline and high that I got from running. I can't imagin not doing this..... I love it! Of course with any sport..... I have to wonder would we love as much and be as dedicated if we were not as good at it???????

Used to lift regulary about 8-10 years ago, just started back again about 1 1/2 years now.

189 14 % bf

3-whats your best max in squat,bench..

Bench 270-280? Squat somewhere around 340-350?

4-how many times can you do 225 on the bench press

8-10

5-what supplements you use Protein, Amino-peptides.

6-why you lift? just for the joyment or...

sorry....... I'm sensitive about being small since I am trying SO HARD to gain. I have a competition I want to enter in September and I've got about 13 weeks to get some size before I have to start cutting.......... Hey I have put on another pound....yeah!
 
Please do not take offense at what i said.. if you would have looked at my statement then you would notice that i am grossly underweight and am trying to gain some pounds for cutting just as much as you are,

2. 123lbs/cca 18% bf was round 110 when i started
3.squat 60lbs
bench 80 lbs 3 reps.....please don t laugh..i m so proud of it
4. NONE..my goal is 130lbs on bench press
5. Protein powder,multivit, c vit,l-carnitin off and on
6.I love it and then I love it again........
