i had orginal lost 50 pds, then i started working out and dropped another 20, but had also gain some mucsle. I had went 220 -> 170pds. I entered into a compatison at my Local Gold's Gym. 1st Prize was a free year membership. So i figured sense i was wokring out i might as well try it. I ended up wining. Going from 175 -> 162pds, and 16% body fat to 12% in 3 months.
Because of my wight loss i had to get new clothes, which i did about a month B4 i started bulking. Right now a few of the paints i bought are getting tight. At first it wasn't that bad, but now it's getting tight. I can tell my problem area (Love handles and mid section) are slowly filling. I mean slowly, it not like i'm going back to what i was like (220). But because i had alot of wieght around that area, it's coming back there faster. Top and botton 1/2 of my body are fine. just the mid section.
I probably haven't been keeping track of diet like i should. I've up'd my complex carb intake. Been eating whole wheat breads and brown rice. I just switched over to yellow rice because i needed a break. I've cheated a lot more than i've use to. I know my strenght has grow, acutally it's shot way up in the past few weeks.
