When do you pin?

When do you guys prefer to pin? I mean am? pm? mid day? Before bed?
I prefer in the am after a hot shower but with my schedule there isn`t always time so I have to do it after work(after a hot shower).

right before bed. Not the best time to do it due to lack of blood flow..probably best to do it in the AM or in the muscle you are about to work get blood flow to it to get the oil moving

Depending what I am running.. I usually pin after I shower or a little before I train. I also pin glutes or quads on leg days and delts on arm or shoulder days.. but again it depends on what I am running and how often I have to pin.
When I'm just on a cruise I pin after shower.
