would u consider taking a whey protein shake a meal.. or no. say i eat every 3-3.5 hours and i get hungry in between the 3 hour time frame... what shud i do. take a protein shake?
i just bought some last week and have been using ON for the first time now and all bullshit aside, i really have noticed a big jump in weights i can put up alot more than i used to. with respect that i started a disciplined mass diet.leg_press said:Is ON that great then guys?
