Contrary to popular belief, your body fat can be that low...my whole family is like this ( a family of swimmers and marathon runners too) I just have an extremyly odd body type. I have been eating religiously to gain fat. I said earlier that I am up to 6% app. My gym has a dietition center in...fortunately I am seeing the girl who runs majority of the test during the weekdays, so I walk in and she'll test me whenever. Obviously some test can be time consuming, but the electronic test meter that deals with conductivity (muscle being more conductive than fat) wouldn't even read me until recently.
My diet is reletively clean except for Sat. That day I will eat whatever the fuck I can get my hands on. the rest of the week looks something like this:
First thing in the morning: casein protein shake...even before I take a morning piss
meal1 6eggs 5slices of bacon (half the time turkey bacon) one-two serving of fruit, 2servings of oatmeal, juice, milk, 1cup of cottage cheese
meal2 I have lunch w/ my father almost everyday of the week at Lone Star...getting the same thing everyday...12oz. filet, baked potato (butter sour cream) black bean soup
work out then...500cal protein shake 40g protein/ 60g of carbs/ glutamine and BCAA's
meal 3 chicken breast w/ 2cups of rice and 1 cup of broccoli (this is the only meal my GF know how to make...doh
meal 4 two bags of ramen noodles(as students best friend) 6-10oz. of chicken butterball strips
meal 5 1000cal weightgainer with four scoops of peanut butter and some hershey's syrup. or 4-6slices of dominos cheese pizza
I eat meal 4/5 at the gym b/c I work there at night...
meal 6 ASA I get home it is tuna straight outa the can...yum OR
another casein shake before I go to bed.
I also take a mulitvitamin and try take 1g of flax seed oil w/ every meal.
I go to sleep at 179-181lbs (this has been true for the pst 2/3 weeks) and wake up 175-177. I always get 8 sometimes 10 hours of sleep.
My extreme low body fat of 4% and lower was due to the fact I never trained, smoked, ate 2-3 times of day, did enough recreational drugs to put a horse in a coma. That was over a year ago now. I was 125lbs at 5'11 WTF
