Good call.. I'll add switching between double arm or concentrated single arm LATL RaisesJenny said:I'd switch em up every month.. Do you just do one shoulder exercise?? I usually go for:
shoulder presses
Laterial raises
up-right rows
rear delt lifts
and switch one or two of them out every now and then and use cables or other exercises every now and then.
