That sucks. A good general rule is never tell anyone, because if things go sour between you (and who ever expects it will?), they'll have something they can use against you. And if you ever have a fight, guess what she's gonna blame it on? There's nothing really positive that can come out of telling anyone other than your workout partner/closest friends.
