Why is it getting worse ?

Are you on a cycle ?

insurance paid, out of pocket it was $2000.

Make sure you get it cut out with a knife AND lipo around the nip and/armpit, depending on how bad it is. It can grow back, as mine did...The doc's try and leave some in so the nipple doesn't die/ cave in. Also see if he does free touch ups...

Find someone with alot of experience doing this not just a general surgeon.

yeah i'm on right now.

i do have excellent health insurance. hoefully i wont have to go out of pocket much. i'm gonna go talk to my doc soon and see what he says.

what kind of doc does the surgery?

You need to get on an AI immediately.

yeah i know. i'm waiting for my letro and nolva to zap the shit out of it. it has helped in the past.

still waiting for some guys to chime in who have had the surgery.

I'd like to know as well, I've had a bit ever since puberty, its not terribly noticable but it still bothers me quite a bit. Can't wear real tight shirts or even certain fabrics/colors or its more visible. Kinda sucks getting built and not really being able to show it off lol.

What I wanna know especially is how long do you have to take off training afterwards? I would hate to get it fixed and then have to lose all my gains and start over.

wait so your on a cycle with gyno and you going to go see the doctor and try to get the insurence to cover it.... i see a few flaws, one being if they draw your blood and see you test levels and your estrogen levels out of control your screwed big time, also what are you on right now? adex?aromasin? anything?

They never did this to me, nor many others I have heard that have had this done. If you can get the Doc to write this up as a medical necessity then you stand a chance of your insurance covering it. It needs to be effecting your job negatively somehow. Just be prepared to be denied the first time.

If you are taking letro to knock it out and taking nolvadex at the same time, it will make the letro LESS effective. Tamping down off letro to watch out for the rebound and then running aromasin +Nolva would be safer. IMO.:coffee:

Normally a general surgeon, but request a plastic surgeon to be at least present.

i'm taking nolvadex. i see the flaws too. my doc is pretty cool. i think i can speak to him openly.

this is why i'm looking for as much info as possible from people that might have been in similar situations.

i was guessing a plastic surgeon as well. i'm all over the internet gathering info.

the good thing is that it is not really visible. i know its there and i can feel it though. i just look a bit fatty in the chest area. not like the horror story pics you see on the net.

to the bros with gyno in here, may i ask, what brought it on in your particular case, and were you running an AI at the time
just trying to learn as much as i can because i definitely want to avoid it

free touch ups? thats a first... a gyno maintenance plan :winkfinger:

I've had mine done couple years ago.fortunately, here in Canada, the healthcare system take cares of it and it didn't cost me anything. Mine was done by a plastic surgeon and you can't even tell that there's been a surgery. Interms of recovery, I had to wait couple month until I was allowed to work out upper body.

turbogreek, i know youve siad your taking nolva BUT, what AI are you taking?

So I had surgery about 3 or 4 years ago. Everything has been fine, a tiny recurrence in my right nipple, not noticeable at all but I could feel it.

Started a cycle off methadrol extreme about 2 weeks ago, i'm starting to see puffyness in both nipples now and my right actual gyno I feel is getting worse.

What is the best course of action, nolva for now? Or what do you guys think?

i have run AI's with all of my cycles and yes i have gyno. a very close friend of mine has never run AI's with his cycles and he does not have any indications of gyno.

letro @1.25 EOD. sorry i misunderstood your question.

i just added nolva into the mix upon getting very sensitive.

How much nolva? I been taking a dropper full amount daily for 4 days and it seems to be getting worse! I waiting for a certain sponsor to get restocked on there aromasin so I can get that in me too. I want to avoid Letro for now, and I'm currently off cycle.

I know we are here to help with the 'surgery' question but a lot of good point are coming up here too

Go get you some aromasin at research stop. it's a little bit more, but definitely legit. I'm on it and have gotten bloodwork to prove it's good. Don't wait any longer.

Thanks much, but they came through for me, my order has been placed!

Would you recommend 100 ml a day, and stop the nova?

Ya, major medical, you pay a percentage of the cost if in plan and another higher percentage if out of plan. Just cause you have insurance doesn't mean you pay nothing out of pocket. Ya I know a guy who had it come back and his guy did a touch up, free...

I nned it one one breast in college. I was still on parent's medical insurance so cost was not an issue. I told doctor about aas and it was outpatient surgery. He called it a breast bud but on paper it was written as gynocomastia. Very painful, hard, electrifyingly sensitive pea-sized hard ball. Basically he made incision under at bottom of nipple, flipped the skin up, cut around the lump and removed for testing at lab. It looked like a dark grey pea surrounded by steak fat. Obviously it was benign but standard procedure to have any lump tested. It was business as usual after that. Recovery was no prob. Not really any restrictions I can remember. Maybe he gave me the "aas is not advisable" lecture. Glad I got it done. And No - I did not run an AI during my college cycles.

Did you increase your AI dose of try letro? Just also curious as I dont ever want this shit.

i'm now taking letro at 1.25 ED instead of EOD. waiting for more to come in so that i can zap it at 2.5 ED. this has worked for me in the past.

as of never wanting this to happen to you...nobody does. some are luck and some are just prone.
