Hes a prick. Some shit needs to be left in the closet. Hes probelby got a special ops team following him right now.

He's being used.

He has no clue if these are actual whistle-blowers or just intentional ploys of misdirection....

well i think old barry needed his chief rival outa the way hillary again.2012 is right around the corner.obuma isn't on hard ground .so what better way than to leak a few docs .JMO:coffee:

Werd. I'm not so sure that some of this info wasn't "accidentally" left wide open so that this could happen. If this guy ends up in an unfortunate car accident or being nabbed in the coming weeks, it could bolster Barry's pole #s. It's just hard to believe that the State dept could be this vulnerable to some private 1st class with a flashdrive and a chip on his shoulder. Hard to say. If there were plans in the works to drop a few bunker busters in Iran, some of this info getting out might help them make their argument for it.

:thinking:Now your getting it welcome :coffee:

definitely not hero....not a villain either.

A villain needs to actually do harm to become a villain...I don't think his release has done serious damage, which has been reiterated by Sec Clinton as well as Gates. It embarrassed us and compromised some trust, but I don't foresee people dying because of it

certainly not anything even close to a hero, releasing that type of information does absolutely no good at all to anyone. all governments do sneaky shit and always will.

He's not a villian. Not by any stretch. He's just the guy in the spotlight, taking the heat. Rather than pursuing the guy in charge of a website they should be after the real source of the leaks.

I voted hero just because he's taking the heat for it.

the DRSE got a tag on that jew :coffee:

none of that shit is classified, right? So who really cares?

For those claiming he permafucked our foreign relations.....No one liked us anyway. It wont matter too much.

Way to go Assange, and keep it up.

Neither hero nor villian.

Release the info on these self-important diplomats who get the privaleges. Speculation and gossip about who is f*cking who, and personality temperaments.

Who cares?

Only the self-anointed ones that place themselves on self-righteous pedastools.

IMO, I look more positively towards our gov't, at least wrt our middle east policy, because of these leaks. However, there is the embarrassment of not being able to keep confidential shit under lock and key. Until we get vocal, public support from Saudia Arabia and the other arab nations, I say we pull out of that entire region and let the loons fight themselves. We can't afford to get entangled with Iran, and North Korea is just as much of a threat. Let's have the other countries of the world pay for this shit from now on, and get our house in order before we try to fix other countries. It is obvious that stability in the middle east benefits every country in the world, so let's start sharing the cost equally instead of putting it on the American taxpayer.

Support of Zionist Jews, and control of the US foreign policy in the Middle East buy Jews is "positive."

Go back a few decades.

And this leaks, shed absolutely NOTHING on the US foreign policy in the middle east.

For many decades, Shiite Iran has been loathed.

And what does Iran have to do with foreign policy in the Middle East - when Iran is NOT eve in the Middle East to begin with.

Supporting Operation Ajax in 1953? That's good?

Supporting Reza Shah? That's good?

Please explain.

I'm not talking about the Jews/Palestinians, I'm talking in specific about Iran and other arab countries wanting us to take care of Iran. I don't know where you get your info, but I searched in case I was wrong, and couldn't find a single source that stated Iran is not a part of the middle east. In fact, geographically, it's right at the center of the area known as the middle east. As for support of Israel, I don't think we should be involved with that either outside of helping broker a deal for peace talks.

Dale,

I wasn't trying to be picky on semantics.

But everyone that follows these issues know the Gulf and Arab states do not like Iran, and have always been concerned about Iran since 1980 (and them being Shia).

As for Middle East, I don't consider Iran in it, but yes, close - but that's not important.

Anyway, wasn't trying to nit-pick, although it sounds like it was from my tone.

Here is why Assange needs to do more. Ron Paul suggests more leaks.

Why?

Look at the recent disclosure by the Fed of where all of that SECRET money went to:

McDonald's.

Harley-Davidson.

I am honestly asking my this secret Fed Reserve Emergency money went to Mickey-Ds fast food and Harley-Davidson, among other questionable recipients.
YouTube Video

Federal Reserve Gave 9 Trillion Worth of Emergency Loans to Major Banks At Near Zero Interest Rates

chart_fed_loans.top_-300x171.jpg

Today, the private Federal Reserve was forced to reveal that they loaned upwards of 9 trillion dollars to major financial institutions in emergency overnight loans. These loans were done in complete secret, used to ???save??? the economy, which had slip into a deep staged economic depression.

Most of the money has been paid back, yet the interest rates that these major institutions received were near ZERO. That???s right, The Federal Reserve bailed out their partners on Wall Street at near zero interests rates while everyday American citizens have been continually blasted by high interests rates around every corner.

Nice.

We're citing Ron Paul as expert testimony now??? :roflmao:

Yes, what an idiot. He's the only politician that predicted this mess years before it actually happened and was written off by people on both sides of the isle as a nut. Barry and Nancy keep telling us that things are getting better everyday. What the hell does Ron know?
