Will Caffeine help keep me awake?

I have a problem where after I eat lunch during my classes (College student) I cannot stay awake. I get 8 hours of sleep every night and it is impossible for me to get any more. Anyways I remember when I was in High school my doctor told me that taking caffeine possibly could help me with my attention span during classes, he reccomended coffee or he said even pills from CVS. anyways I need to stay awake during my classes as my instructors seem to be getting mad and I am missing alot but I cannot force myself to stay awake. I graduate in early may so by the time I get a appointment with my doctors I will be graduated anyway or very close to it so that will not to be much good. Do you guys know any products that would help, or reccomend any?

I am currently taking daily:
1 One Soruce pure performance multi vit.
1 Rexall Flax, Fish Borage Oil
1 5mg Creatine drink
Any of these effect tiredness? I tried not taking anything for a week and nothing happined

I usally have Tuna wrap at lunch with a water or gatorade. My Breakfast is usally small like a fruit and a muffin as I dont have much time. Dinner is whatever they usally have at my schools menu. I work out from 7-8 at night so its not like im tired from that.

Do you think I just need more sleep? I am 100% fine when I am not at school and am out doing something or working so im not really sure. My faimly doctor is about 200 miles away from my school so its not like I can just drive over on spare time and talk to him.

Please help.

caffeine works great for me. just try it a couple times

Meth is more potent then coffee.

Not a very good drug to get tangled up with! Everybody should just smoke weed and only weed.

you need more food. If i skip meals then eat im dead tired. Eat smaller portions more often to keep your blood sugar inline

Alright ill try eating more smaller meals and see what happens before I take any caffeine. Im all set on the Meth and the Weed I had my fun with pot several years ago and I am never gonna smoke that stuff again plus that will just make me more tired if anything.
 
BTW, try to use caffeine a few hours before or after u use creatine as caffeine "counteracts" the effects of creatine.

That is all.....
 
try gettin less sleep........ 5-6 hours is perfect for me, where if i get 8 + hours i feel like ass all day......too much sleep can hurt you....

not if you drink suffcient water
