meal 1- 5 eggs, 2 pita breads (33grams carb each, 7grams protein each)
meal 2- 8oz of lean beef/meat/chicken/fish. 2 pita breads
meal 3- same as meal 2
food will be pan fried with oliveoil.. if its chicken, i will add some mayo. also going to get some canned tomatoes, green peppers, onions, etc. to add to most meals
macros will be about 66 grams carb each meal, 50 grams protein each meal, and 30 grams fat each meal. for a grand total of 2200 calories
fasting 16 hours of the day, 4 hours between meals. Lots of water.
