Winstrol Help Please.

Hello Everyone,

I'm not new to the body building world, but I'm not an expert. I'm 25 years old and have been training on and off since I was 18 but have really dedicated myself to it in the past 3, and I'm currently about to finish my ACE certification. I am 5"11 205 with about 13% body fat, and on Monday June 18th I plan on starting a cycle of Winstrol by itself (oral drops). December I stopped my injections of test e and decca and have done nothing since, and I absolutely loved the results. I've spent a lot of time reading these forums in addition to many other websites forums about Winstrol. My questions are the same as many others, do I need to stack it or is taking it solo fine? Will this following diet be ok for it, if my goal ultimate goal is LEAN MASS to get to around 8% body fat, or should I go to a more bulking diet and let the winny cut me up? Should I step up the cardio? Do a different split? Do I need a PCT? Are there any other supplements I should be taking while I'm doing this 50 day cycle? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, and any constructive criticism is welcomed, thank you so much.

Diet: 10:00am - half a carton of egg whites w/ glass of milk.
12:00pm - Piece of Chicken Breast (plain)
3:00pm - snack before I work out banana with a little peanut butter
5:00pm - 2 scoops of Evolution protein 34g per scoop with a piece of chicken breast or salmon and something green (broccoli, green beans, peas etc...)
8:00pm - Brown rice (small serving) and red or black beans.
11:00pm - Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt with 2 truevia sugar added because this stuff is God awful w/o it and a protein shake. If I'm still hungry I'll find some small portioned protein source so I'm not going to bed hungry.
12:00am - Bed

Resistance Program: Monday - Chest/Triceps 3 x 10-12 of 6 exercises. Right now all DB workout. 3x10 of 4 triceps exercises.
Tuesday - Back/Biceps Same frequency and volume as chest.
Wednesday - 30-40 minutes of cardio with wind sprints.
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps Same frequency as chest.
Friday - Same as wednesday.
Saturday - Rest
My Resistance days are are about 2 hours in length.
 
Winstrol is a form of a steroid so that means you need a pct. anything I run I always have a test base. What was your pct for your other cycle?
 
I didn't do a pct for the other cycle, the 55 yr old 25 year steroid user I was training with at the time suggested anavar so I wouldn't lose everything.
 
The cycle i was on before the trainer suggested everything, put me on a diet, and i worked the routine, he pretty much took care of almost everything. I don't know much more about any other types of gear, I bought this bottle thinking I could just take the winny stick to my diet and routine (with changes) and would be fine.
 
You ran test and deca without pct nice man.........
 
Don't ever listen to that person again please. He told you to run deca, arguably THE MOST suppressive steroid there is without a pct. He even suggested using anavar, another steroid as post cycle or PCT for a steroid cycle. WTF? You obviously don't realize just how bad his advice is, it literally couldn't even get worse if he were intentionally trying to do you harm.

From now on. Run EVERY cycle you do by us here. Run test as a base for EVERY cycle. Run PCT for every cycle, clomid and aromasin. YOU NEED AN AI every cycle, arimidex or aromasin all the way through.

Don't run winny for more than 4 weeks. Steroids don't "cut you up" diet does, steroids just allow you to maintain muscle easier while eating a caloric deficit. Like any lifter to gain weight and muscle you need a caloric surplus, to lose fat you need a caloric deficit. Pick a goal, bulk or cut and stick to that diet. DIET IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR ALL BB'ERS, NO EXCEPTIONS! GEAR OR NOT!

Run 500mg test E a week for 10 weeks, divided into two injections of 250mg a piece 3.5 days apart. Run arimidex .25mg a day from day one to start of pct. Run winny the last 4 weeks. PCT with clomid and aromasin 2 weeks after last test injection.

Really op, for your own good please don't listen to that guy anymore. Whether hes a pro bb'er or not, his knowledge is obviously lacking. Stick around this board for a while and research and you will learn alot, and see what was wrong with your first cycle and your current understanding of how AAS works. Good luck bro

I really appreciate the help and responses guys. If I'm pretty much only going to do this cycle, and not continue any further would that still be the same answer? Winny is ok to do solo, definitely do a pct, and just stick to a good diet with added cardio and what not?
 
No bro I'm pretty sure we all reccomended NOT doing winny solo. You should include some test in every cycle to keep your libido up at least. Otherwise your noodle will be limp, also orals can only be run for a short time before liver stress becomes an issue, so you will not be able to get alot of growth in that time. Run a test cycle and use winny at the beginning or end

Sorry I misunderstood apparently. Alright so this could possibly be a stupid question but, would test boosters from a supplement store or online work or the levels are too small?

For one most if not all "test boosters" do absolutely nothing. Second, if they did they would only increase your testosterone production, which will be absolutely shut down by taking steroids. You have to actually supplement with testosterone because while on cycle your body will not be capable of producing any signifigant quantity of it. You should run at least 200-250mg of test a week in every cycle IMO, really I would just use 500mg and let that be the base of your cycle, add winny only if you feel you really need it at the end. You will need an AI with this cycle and proper pct of course. There is an excellent "sticky" thread in the top of the anabolic zone titled "first cycle and pct" which will cover everything for you. I would read that and you'll understand some of these terms and why you should run a test only cycle for your first
