is 1iu ok or its better 2iu?
i never used it before.
when to take it?
 
build up with one or start with 1 then a week later jump up to 2 the second week :coffee:
 
Tell us what goals you are trying to achieve with HGH? You age also plays a major role when trying to figure out an HGH dose.

As far as when to take it, as early in the morning as possible if you are taking it once a day.

Generally speaking 1-2 iu / day for women. More isn't better (and more = more money too!) You'd want to run it for on the order of 6 months.

Generally people inject in the morning, every day. Occasionally people encounter some water retention - you can fiddle w/ the dose to find your sweet spot both in terms of dosage and also frequency of dosing - EOD is also an option.

I have the same question - what is your purpose & what are your expectations?
 
Probably like all of us, trying to cut weight and gain muscle and look only as we can.

well im 41yrs old and have done hgh in the past to get lean. I know it was a small dose, but dont recall. How much would be good now for me to use. Im 5"2 and weigh 130

For women, no need to go > 2 iu / day -start at 1iu/day and can increase if you want. But no need to go > 2iu.

Run it for 6 months at least right ? I read it takes about 3 months before you can tell any kind of difference ... Does anyone know if hgh for women is worse then for men ? Like causing breast cancers or anything ?

With all due respect, wtf do you need GH for at your age??? You're just barely beyond the peak of your natural hGH production.

I'd so much rather see you identify a solid diet & training program to get your body where you want, and to maintain those results than rely on all these freeking drugs.
 
your right. i just have 10 lbs to loose .. im 5'9 and 150 pounds . I am going to try without doing it woithout hgh . but doing clen right now . I have a really clean diet but just eat out on the weekends sometimes.. for my diet .. i usually have a protien shake for breakfast then a bananna then yougurt and for lunch have chicken or tuna with veggies and the same for supper. then more protein after the gym .. for the gym i usually do 45 mins of running then 25 -30 mins with weights .. .. but i think if i was more strict with the way i eat on my bad days i would be fine.. so i am definitly going to try and do it with diet ..I just know someone that its working really good for but he is also on a cycle so that coule be why .,. in your opionin is it for older people that dont produce as much ?
 
Cherrychick, you're dong too much cardio to get lean, and you really need to rethink your lifting workouts and your diet.

Please read the link in my sig on getting started - there's a link to fitday in there and I need to see the macros you're running. (Total calories, grams protein, carb and fat - ignore the percentages, they're meaningless)

The primary purpose of supplementing w/ hGH is as part of an anti-aging protocol - as you get past 30-35, the amount of naturally produced hGH starts to reduce -> this is the basis for all the standard signs of "aging" that you start to see at this age.

You can argue all day long about what people expect from supplementing w/ hGH, but I'm a HYUGE advocate of using your body the way it was designed to be used - you're at the height of your youth. You don't need to be injecting hGH when your body is probably producing near optimal levels now. Its one of those things where more isn't better (as w/ most hormone self-medication) - its about finding an optimal amount that your body runs w/ since everything about your body is driven by a push / pull balance of biochemcial reactions.

I know everyone is quick to recommend a whole pile of chemicals to "get results" but its still all only supplemental to a diet & training program that already produces results.

For the cost, NO I don't think you need hGH at this point in your life.
