Does anyone here workout after their dinner? Eg. dinner at 6pm, workout at 8pm?
Just curious, as I have very little spare time, and any I do get is mainly in the evenings after the kids are in bed... I can't imagine it'd be that great to still have a half-full stomach
, but hey - I have never tried it and just wanted to know what you all thought/experienced?
Conversely, those of you who workout early in the morning, how do you find your energy levels hold up when you workout on an empty stomach?
