ive been posting my experiences with hdrol. ive been taking 75 for a week now and boys im thrilled to report that im finally starting to notice it working. I usually only bench press 225lb 5 times then move up to 245 for 4 and 265lbs once. Today i just felt strong from the go, i put up 225 9 times, 245 6 times and 265 twice. if i would have had a spotter im sure i could have went up higher but i didnt want to look like a sausage jockey if gravity got the best of me. ive been suckin down protein like a back alley prostitute, and if this is how im feelin after 1 week i think this is going to be a great run! Alot of people on here knock the drol but i must be one of the lucky few who responds to it.
