Most big or developed guys in my gym (and yours) have shit delts. Sure they think they are fine, but outside of Coleman and a few genetic freaks, we all have crap delts. Its time we realize just how important this muscle(s) is and figure out how to get amazing cannon-balls....Sure my delts are good, but good is mediocre when you look at a set of amazings boulders.
