Dont drop the weight and dont try to lift what you cant hoist from the floor.

I'am not working any body parts by pulling weights off the floor right
(of course not) and not working anything by sitting up with them, i'am working
my chest not arms or back. If i can't take 120lb dumbbells off the floor or
sit back up with them your saying i should't do that much weight? BULLSHIT.
I like my dumbbells heavy and instead of wasting all that energy all i
have to do now is take them out of a rack. Call me pussy I think not...........
