Hello everyone,

I'm currently around 180 pounds and am about 6 feet 2 inches. I wanted to get stronger, and also be cutter, but I want to not gain weight, unless if I lose fat and gain muscle. My question is what I should try, stack and use in order to get to where I want to be. Also, how I should diet, what should I look for in food, and in vitamins, and how I should take the supplements.

I think everyone here would agree the key to success, no matter your goals, is training, diet, and rest. Supplements are just what the name implies. Check out the vast amount of information in the Training and Diet & Nutrition Stickies. Basic supplements that you might want to include with the above three are a quality whey protein, a good multi vitamin, and fish oil.
