Hello everyone,
I'm currently around 180 pounds and am about 6 feet 2 inches. I wanted to get stronger, and also be cutter, but I want to not gain weight, unless if I lose fat and gain muscle. My question is what I should try, stack and use in order to get to where I want to be. Also, how I should diet, what should I look for in food, and in vitamins, and how I should take the supplements.
