The topic of "bars" whether energy, protein, yada yada yada has been discussed many times....and I'm sure the Mods are rolling their eyes at this moment. But.....
Would it be acceptable to use a product like the Snickers Marathon Low Carb bar to fill in the gaps of a low carb (reduction) "diet"?
SNICKERS MARATHON Long-Lasting Nutritious Energy
I'm having a hard time keeping my daily caloric intake/total up, and this seems to be a helpful tool in a pinch....and better tasting than olive oil. They're also handy to have around for those unexpected late~night cravings....and while these are less frequent with an LC diet, I would still appreciate an emergency cheat with one of these vs. a diet killer like peanut butter, or God forbid.....Pop Tarts.
