I worked long and hard against my fat, people advised me to take diet pills but I am afraid because I have heard bad things about this method. Let me know if someone has a diet and if you have had good results, because I've done it all and instead I think I gained more.

Hey there

Read the link in my sig on "getting started". You'll find what you need in there.

No need to eat less food. Just different food. 180 carbs every day, and stay lean. You'll drop weight in no time.

its called "The 180 Diet"

DIEting sucks I agree. I've finally started to just eat until I am actually full, and my metabolism stays up. But there are certain foods that keep you full, and increase your metabolism beyond others. You really do need to monitor whether or not you are burning fats or sugars. On a zero carb diet, I feel okay for a certain time, then my body tells me I am ready to eat sugars. And I do, because that instantly raises leptin (read more about leptin at bodyrecomposition.com, actually read everything there)

For example, staples for me have been hemp seeds and cacao beans, as well as shredded coconut. Hemp seeds contain concentrated amounts of EFAs, which hit my head with energy in 10 min or so after digestion. EFAs activate PPAR-alpha, burning fat, not many other compounds can do this.
Cacao beans is kind of like taking butter, adding 5000 cups of green tea, adderall, and ecstacy, some pot, tryptophan, l-dopa . . . it is #1 weight loss food. I won't go into detail here.

Yes, there are.

No, there are not.

Agreed. Lyle's a very smart man.

Please do go into detail.

It is always very important that you see a real doctor and not anyone who can pass off as such and you just pills. To my opinion is really bad to take diet pills or any other form abrupt weight loss. Since it may gain weight again after some time.

My experience after having dropped 25 kilos, I can say that it is far from being pumped up and completely committed to wanting to lose weight slowly. It is then the only way to maintain your weight ideal.

My advice is a good diet, never stop eating, but eating healthy and at least six times a day. And fundamental is that apart from exercising helps you lose weight your body to release stress.

But visit a good doctor.

No need to eat six times a day. Seeing a doctor is always a good idea, however.

Effective Diet

I agree with you that taking diet pills may cause more harm that good. To be safe, you should maintain a well balanced diet. You don't have to starve yourself. Balanced diet means eating the right food like veggies and fruits for your vitamins, minerals and fiber diet. Steamed fish and low fat milk for your protein requirement. No food in between meals. Plus a cardio workout will make the process faster. The question is, do you have what it takes?

Listen to Built and read the link provided. Excellent information from a obviously reliable and experienced source. Research is crucial, and usually you spend half your time sifting through all the B.S. out there. Always fortunate to find someone who really knows their stuff and is willing to share.
