Hey.... im just asking for a bit of advice to shed my extra pounds.
At the moment I eat
Morning... 3 slices wholemeal toast with 2 sausages and a can of baked beans followed by a mug of coffee and a sugar donut(6:30am)
Mid morning I snack of salted chips and a chocloate bar (10:00am)
Lunch I have a 12" pizza with salted fries, A peanut butter sandwich and a carton of milk (12:00pm)
Mid afternoon I usually have half an apple pie which I bake the night before, probably around a 6" pie and a banana shake (2:00pm)
Dinner, McDonalds is on the way home from work so I always drop in usually Double beef burger, large fries and larger strawberry shake.(5:00pm)
Around 7:00pm I tend to snack on cream cakes and ice cream whilst watching a move or browsing the internet.
By this time I'm usually tired and go to bed with a large bottle of coca cola and a bag of cheese chips (9:00pm/9:30pm)
My diest isnt exactly this eacdh day, it may vary a little but only on the flavour of my chips or milkshakes.
Has anyone got any tips where I'm going wrong or any advice on what to do? I'm 26 year old female with low self asteam, no confidence and NO luck with the guys....(im still a virgin sshh) This is my last resort and I feel I can let go what I feel inside... Any help which you guys can give is reeeeallly appreciated! x
