Peep this cycle

Test-E 200mg wk
Primo 200mg wk
Anavar 20mg a day

I want suggestions on WHAT I should START first and them in what order to start the others.

Everything starts day 1 OR you can backload with Var but you should be upping the dose of at least some of the compounds.

Currently on 4th week of 500mg of primo/week and an increasing dose of Test from 250 (will be hitting 450 this week).

With this said I don't think I'd be satisfied with the doses you mentioned, but maybe you will be??? I'd think twice though
 
This would be my 4th cycle done right. Current now just finishing up Test-E 250mg wk 1-10, Dbol 15mgs wk 1-4, Proviron 25mgs wk 1-12. Pct Clomid 100mg wk 1,50mg wk 2&3, 25mg wk 4 and Proviron 25 mg wk1-4

It isnt a bad cycle as laid out, but what do you expect to get from it and what are your goals this time? Cutting? Bulking? How's your diet and training looking?
 
UP THE DOSE.

You're wasting time and money with doses my grandma laughs at. MINIMUM of 600mg of primo a week. MINIMUM of 500mg test a week. 20mg of anavar a day isn't going to do anything.

Where did you come up with this cycle? I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm flaming you but if this is your fourth cycle, I'd hate to see what the other three were like.

Var doses for Men should be in the 60-100mg ED range. Anything less than 400mg EW of Primo will be disappointing. Also, your test dose is child's play. You should double it. The actual substances you list are good stuff but w/out proper doses (namely, HIGHER doses) it seems likely you will doing yourself a disservice by wasting time, money and worst of all - Gear!

she made me a 7 day meal plan. I should be there in 7 months. I don't plan on starting this cycle till I'm 3/4 of the way there. She also gave me a suggested workout plan.

Listen guys I started this third cycle January 3rd my weight was 260lbs bench 275 now 325 x2 behind the neck press 115 max now 165 x 4, squats 250 4 sets 15 never maxed out, inclined bench 225lbs 4 sets of 12 never maxed out

I started losing weight and getting in shape April 15,2010 (297lbs) Nov 20 I joined the gym and started back to lifting after 5 years off from last cycle, weightlifting, everything. Now you might be saying WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING. Those doses will not do you any good at your size. I would do 600 test, 600 primo and 100 var. Up the dose if needed. If you are gonna do it, make it worth your while. Do 500mg HCG EOD while on cycle. 12.5 mg aromasin per day. PCT with Clomid at dose you think you need (100,100, 50,25)

That should give you an idea of context for the comments about how much you're not going to get from those doses, particularly if you're paying the going rates for var & primo (not the cheapest compounds out there).
 
Holy crap. Not to sound like an asshole, but you're fat bro. One third of your whole body mass is fat.

Honest advice. Completely skip AAS and get your diet in check, get your calories under control and start trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Steroids are for people trying to take it to the next level and not a crutch or get fix quick scheme.

This shit isn't diet pills or an ab machine you buy off TV. I know this is pissing in the wind and you're going to totally ignore me, but you are wasting money, time, and your body is suffering from the abuse you're putting it through.

Pretty unbelievable you're on your 4th cycle.

It has become apparent to me that you guys didn't read or digest what I wrote in my last post about the results. I believe someone said WTF. None of you are going to be young all your life and there will come a point in time when you will see that a little will do what alot use to do. There was a time I did roids worked out and partied and still benched 350. I thought that shit was going to be for ever. As far as money goes my wife is a physicians assistant and I own a pet shop so I got the money. Let me tell you young kats something I'm tryin to drop some knowledge on you and you AIN'T LISTENING, YOU STUDY CRACKIN JOKES. Even the Mods you guys are suppose to the voice of reason. Everything aint for Everybody what works at 500 for you don't work like that for everybody else. I'm willing to bet that there some of you gettin results THEY WANT from the DOSES THEY WANT TO USE their are probably lying about the doses they use when they post results or cycles. Also you do not know how a person's body react to these chemicals. Like I said I wanna see you when you hit 46 years old. You all can do what you want with this post I'm out PEACE

if ur bp can handle it, try running liq clen for 2 weeks followed by ECA for 2 and repeat until u cut down, u could even try running t3 w/ clen just dont over do it especially at ur age u might keel over, but u should at least double ur body's natural output of testosterone when considering synthetics. i would say 500mg to be a minimum for any dude, just me.

How did your previous cycles go?

Doses do seem a little low and people have recommended to go longer in length for test ...12-16weeks.

If you read earlier in my post I said that after the results from the personal trainer I said that I wasn't going to start my next cycle until I got to at least 18% bf. I also said that I started my first cycle IN 1983 YOU PROBABLY WERN'T BORN YET. IF YOU GUYS WOULD JUST READ THE POST PROPERLY EVERYTHING YOU ARE SO CALLED "FLAMING" ME ABOUT WAS COVERED. I have a fair amount of knowledge about Steroids I know that this ain't no walk in the park party drug. For instance I know Dbol reduces red cell production and it also interfers with celluar reproduction but just a simple application of vitamin B12 methylcobalamin sublingual 2wks before and during your Dbol cycle will help you with the shortness of breath that comes with the decrease in red cell production. Or that when you use Tbol it interfers with the clotting process now you might say I used Tbol and nothing has happened to me well your blood needs to stay at a certain thickness to carry out it's functions pop vitamin k1 or k2 2 weeks before you cycle and continue through out with Tbol and you should be straight.
 
I will be 48 this year. I see what you are getting at, health is very important the older you get and younger guys can get away with more. But your proposed cycle is useless imo except for a "cruise". To gain any size you will need more.

Damm I LOVE YOU MAN!!!!!! Finally someone with a voice of reason, but like I said earlier in my previous post depending on how my body acts I will up the doses. Check this out read what I said about the results I got with the doses I used in this last cycle. Now after that think would I post those results then tell you how little the doses of the chemicals I used were knowing I would get these types of responses?
