Listen guys I started this third cycle January 3rd my weight was 260lbs bench 275 now 325 x2 behind the neck press 115 max now 165 x 4, squats 250 4 sets 15 never maxed out, inclined bench 225lbs 4 sets of 12 never maxed out
Now I'm going to be 46yrs old July 28. I started losing weight and getting in shape April 15,2010 (297lbs) Nov 20 I joined the gym and started back to lifting after 5 years off from last cycle, weightlifting, everything. Now when I was your age I was told a little story about patience. One day these 2 bulls a young one and an old one were sitting a top a hill looking down on a herd of cows(female) bulls. The YOUNG ONE said let's hurry up and run down there and FUCK ONE OF THOSE COWS and then the old one said LET'S WALK DOWN THERE AND FUCK THEM ALL. Now you might be saying WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING. Well if you were reading before I said that I WOULD ADJUST MY DOSAGES BY THE WAY MY BODY HANDLES THE CHEMICALS.Oh by the way those results I just shared with you were all the end result from this cycle Test-E 200-250 mgs wk, Dbol 10 mgs ed wks1-4, Proviron 25mgs ed wks 1-12. PCT 50-100 mgs ed now. My first cycle was in 1983 ANAVAR when you could just go the doctor and get a script and a physcial and then run down the street to your local pharmacy to get it filled. If anyone of you have been blessed by GOD to live to be 46yrs or older and are reading this post then you feel where I'm comming from. If not then WHEN YOU GUYS GET TO BE ALMOST 50 AND CAN DO IT LIKE THE YOUNG BUCKS only then will you dig where I'm comming from.
