Posted this because I didn't know if it was an issue on my end, not to cause a panic. If everytime a website went down we feared the worst, we'd be in fear all the time.

Sponsors are in a tough business. Shipping issues and websites dropping off not specific to Naps lately Other sponsors that I have orders with have been having similar issues.

this is a world of technology, an imperfect world at that. Naps has one of the strongest reputations in the game. Sure they take a while, but please... one of you, or ANYONE for that matter tell me of someone the know Naps has screwed. you wont find one, guaranteed. Customs problems they reship, u waiting a long time, they reship... u end up recieving two packages, u get to keep both no charge. GXR is always here to help. What more do you want?

you want them to personally give you a phone call and let you know you're order just crossed the eastern seaboard and should be flying over New York as we speak?

For fuck's sake have some faith... THE SAME EXACT THING happened with Nap's website maybe 2-3 months ago, and the same bullshit comments were being made then too (Genx... lmao). Then oops all of a sudden sites back up and no one ever had a doubt. lol. Fair weather customers is what we call this. Time to man up boys. u can bench 400lbs but when it comes to a website being down for a few hrs you whine like babies.

I don't see anyone pushing the panic button here. Or bad mouthing naps. I just see comments from people who have been waiting a long time to recieve their orders and new customers. This is a forum right? If you see a site with a good rep. and great customer service I would be asking questions also. Not because of the money, but because I would hate to see them go!

We all hope everything is OK and 99.9% it is just server issues. last time this happened i believe it too about 18hrs to come back up so everyone just chill and theyll be back up in no time.

again... sorry about the rant earlier... morning, tren, dumb comments and a new work day dont do good things to me LoL.

yeah, but with all of what has gone on in the last month its easy to see why people are getting nervous about the site being down. nobody was being told anything, then after all the complaining and uncertainty, they come out with the "feb orders" statement, but like i said that took them awhile to do that, and now the sites down? people have reason to be scared.
