What am I going to have to do to totally get rid of the sugar??? I have "failed" every day so far to not have sugar. (I'm not counting the 2-3 teaspoons in my coffee. That'll go eventually too though.) Anywhere from 4 to 7 p.m. I develop a BITCH of a headache, feel completely sluggish and bitchy. A hit of sugar and I'm good as new. Nothing else accomplishes this. Fats, carbs, protein, more caffeine even. I can't do caffeine that late in the day anyway. And the amount has lessened over time. Now I can take two bites of cake and wait for it to kick in and I'm done.
