you mean I can't pack on mass and keep my insulin popping, when needed, eating ice cream, oreos, and pizza like a horse; and I'll pack on a ton of undesired fat as well? ....wierd...:roflmao:

Dirty bulking done correctly is no worse than a normal bulk it is all about timing when you eat what. Eating something laced with fat is more acceptable pre bed IMO, to slow digestion. something sugary is fine in the morning or post workout.
 
Eh I don't think that video provided enough information. Obviously you don't want to eat some types of food but I know I wouldn't gain weight eating only chicken and rice. Some people consider anything with high fat content "dirty" and a lot of stuff high in fat is fine to eat. He needs to expand what is considered dirty and clean food.

but there are some out there I'm sure we've all met that think its ok to whatever and whenever with no method to the madness simply cause they're bulking.....and really its not a right or wrong as long as a guy/gal is getting in the "good stuff" as well it deffinately could be considered a "to each his own" bulking senario, some don't mind having to spend Jan. through June cutting to enjoy a shirtless summer.:roflmao:

"Dirty" bulking is necessary for me when I want to put on muscle. I eat all the healthy basics, but I get to the point where I am full as fuck and I still need more calories. So what do I do? I eat a bunch of calorie dense junk food...pizza, bacon cheese burgers, etc.

Plus, I don't eat like that forever. It is just until I get the job done.

^^^thats kind of what i was thinkin. Im sure hes a smart guy, but its tough to take advice from a small little guy talking about bulking! lol

Nothing wrong with eating a little dirty to get the cals in, but from personal experience at least 75% of my daily cals need to come from 'clean sources' or I feel somewhat bloated/sluggish.
 
I gotta say the same advice seems to be giving over and over on here about, eating clean, clean diet for bulking. Just from what I gather from most of the guys on here they can barely afford the gear let alone the money it would cost to bulk up on just clean foods. Seriously 20yrs ago when I started McD's was and still is a good place to get some cheap carbs and cals. You just gotta watch how much and how often your eating there along with what your eating there.
