+1Dirty bulking done correctly is no worse than a normal bulk it is all about timing when you eat what. Eating something laced with fat is more acceptable pre bed IMO, to slow digestion. something sugary is fine in the morning or post workout.

but there are some out there I'm sure we've all met that think its ok to whatever and whenever with no method to the madness simply cause they're bulking.....and really its not a right or wrong as long as a guy/gal is getting in the "good stuff" as well it deffinately could be considered a "to each his own" bulking senario, some don't mind having to spend Jan. through June cutting to enjoy a shirtless summer.![]()

"Dirty" bulking is necessary for me when I want to put on muscle. I eat all the healthy basics, but I get to the point where I am full as fuck and I still need more calories. So what do I do? I eat a bunch of calorie dense junk food...pizza, bacon cheese burgers, etc.
Plus, I don't eat like that forever. It is just until I get the job done.
Well damn he's so swole I should take his advice! We all know here it's better to have some caloric parameters...
