Of course, this is all in a fake world and here in the real world none of us use AAS.... :winkfinger:

For me it was being called the "skinny" guy. All through-out my teen years I was smaller and people would call me skinny. I finally started to hit the weights hard and after hitting the 175-180 mark for about 1.5 years I decided it was time to take it to the next level. I NEVER wanted to be called "skinny" again and I wanted a self image as a "big guy no one wants to fuck with".

It has paid off, even since I was 180 @ 6 ft no one has picked on me or tried to start shit. I'm now well past the 210 mark and all I get now is stares and people move out of my way... I find it funny cause I don't walk around like i'm some hard-ass, just being a bigger guy sure gives you a lot of respect from other people, guys in general.

What's your story?

Man it sounds weird but I knew I wanted to do it. Growing up watching wrestlers and watching all of the strong man comp's on TV I knew I had it in me. My dad is huge, some of the biggest legs, calves, and forearms I've ever seen. I knew I had it in my blood. I think he used to be on when he was my age. But he will never admit it to me. I've always been big. I just have a thick frame for 6'1". I wanted to jump in when I was 18 and in college. Buddies were doing it and they looked like they were having a blast. I got really serious in the gym around that time and it paid off. I started to cut down and really show off my big frame. I finally made the plunge when I was 22 and never looked back. Honestly it was a good decision. My training, diet, and drive have never been as strict and it keeps me motivated.

In my 20's was pretty buffed and in the LATE 40's need a little edge! It sure is nice getting the looks walking around in a store or a club!

College football and competitive Powerlifting.

I was told "no wonder why you dont have a gf, you're so skinny." That flipped a switch in my head! I was 21ish...Never looking back and now loving the looks im getting.

after collegiate/greco/freestyle wrestling for 10 years I ended up needing some surgery. after surgery I shrunk. So, AAS was a great recovery option and even beyond.

The Big Man Ronnie Coleman. When I saw him it was literally like fuck this, i was a short fat kid. i wanna look like that, i want to be the biggest fucker on this planet i want to be the freak in every room. I want when I walk into a room people to stop what they are doing look at me then find it hard to stop glancing at me for the rest of my stay.

I just want to be huge!

What motivated me? Well, I stopped growing at around 20 years old....didn't like that, no matter how much I tried to add weight with diet and training, wasn't happening. My friends jumped on the juice and they were exploding with mass.

Three pounds here, four pounds there....nah, I realized I pretty much maxed my genetic potential, and I had decent gym genes to begin with. I was always accused of using roids in high school (nothing but whey and creatine), so at the time I thought of AAS in a very negative light.

Well, when the gains stopped coming as quick as they used to, I later started using AAS and I obviously got much bigger and much more vascular. I've been using AAS for over 10 years now, and I now resulted to using HGH/slin/IGF along side my cycles. All I'm looking to do is pack on another 10 lbs. of LBM, cut 3% BF...and I'll probably stop all together....minus the HGH. I'm more or less happy with where I am.

I was actually thinking of starting a thread like this, had one on freakz years ago and got some interesting answers. For me I was pretty much like Vic, just stopped growing late teens early 20's. Was always into lifting from my dad, and really got into it in high school playing football. I was all of 130lbs as a senior but was pound for pound one of the strongest guys in the whole school, but just couldn't put on weight. The turning point was when I was at the gym waiting on a friend and saw a guy I played football with behind me, and he was throwing up some weight on bench. Now this guy was taller then me & maybe 20lbs heavier but couldn't come close to out lifting me on bench. Found out he was on aas, which I was already looking into, so it was on after that for me. Now even with all that, being the small guy like a lot of us were. I look at it like this, if you play the game right (diet, training, rest ect) this is one of a few things in life that you can get results. You can work all your life and still die broke, you can have all the girls (or guys) you can want but still die lonely. For me, this is the only thing in my life I can do just for myself, and see results with out taking away from my family and friends.

for me it was bieng stuck in one spot for 6 months ... i was so frustrated when finally the masked vilan reared his ugly head and turned me to the dark side. but broke 260 that month on the bench and been harpooning my legs and ass ever since.
yeahhhh buddy!

Why I started was to take my workouts to the next level. I am a gym rat and just love lifting heavy. Now why I have continued to use AAS is probably the attention i get. It is kind of vain but I really enjoy all the female attention and the respect from other dudes. I might step onto stage one day, haven't decided but either way I don regret my decision to use AAS.

just outta curiosity how common is steroid use in college football? and how hard/easy is it to get around the testing?

I played in the 1980's, and it was rampant. I'm sure it's still going on quite a bit, although testing wasn't common back then.

Its a shame he looks like shit now

i got my genetic end- weighed 245 6ft2 and built good at 39 yrs old but i had plateued on everything- couldnt bench over 395, and i wanted to keep up with younger bros in the gym, now im going to enter my first powerlifting comp and am lifting heavier than the guy did who won it last year and im 15 years older than him

i started lifting at about 12-13 years old. By 15 i had the non stop desire to become a bodybuilder. I held off the urge to try steroids for quite awhile..until i was 20 and in the military..which was what everyone was doing. It was a high, and i dont think i will ever turn back. I do not recommend them to people who arent extremely serious about lifting, and i made my own decision based off what i wanted to accomplish in life. Alot of people grow up wanting to be doctors and athletes, i wanted to become a bodybuilder and use steroids. I think i felt the longer i avoided it the farther i was running away from my dream....lol as dumb as it sounds

Everyone in my family has a decent build.
Uncle is a Tank now.

Used to watch movies as a kid with
Van dam
sylvester stallone
Arnold

All my childhood hero's where bigger and stronger than most people so i had to be.
Past 3 years its been tunnel vision to get to that level.
Naturally i was gaining a good 3lb every 6 month.
Even with Good diet as most my meat was free.
Decided to take the jump to really start going all guns blazing to my goal.

For me getting the shit kicked out of me every day by this kid gary...he would beat the shit out of me every morning and take my shoes and throw them into the pond..I remember saying to myself one day this will all come back to him...I started lifting several years later and the aas opertunity presented itself so I started and never looked back but always in the back of my head was that kid ..about 3 years ago I found that little shit on face book and got his adress..I took the hour and a half drive to his house whitch was the best drive I have ever taken...I showed up on his doorstep and he came to the door with his two young boys and looke shocked to see me..I gave him two choices either come out and fight me alone so. His kids didn't have to watch or I would beat his ass infont of his kids...he then appologized for trating me like that stating we were just kids and said he lives a laid back good life and doesn't fight so I cracked him one in his face followed by a second that didn't really make full contact and left his property.. so my reason to start the juice was to kick the shit outa of one kid but ended up just being a way of life I love now..dahm I wen on a rant but I still think the mental and physical abuse still haunts me..I always will stand up for the underdog

I'm 21 and have played sports most of my life. I have not started AAS yet but I'm 6'0 205 (naturally) at 12 %. I just like pushing my self everyday in any type of aspect. For some reason I feel small, even though I'm fairly large for my age and compared to the typical college kid. I want to be a monster (cliché, right) so I just recently purchased some gear and hopefully I will receive it ha ha. Once I get it and run a log I will let everyone know how it turned out.

blaze i think we're the same person lol. i think it was my dad showing me predator when i was 4. where the hell are all the roided up action heros these days?? we still need arnold and stallone in their 60's to carry the load...

anyways wrestling all year round in high school got me started on taking care of my body. after that was over i took up lifting full time. i can only imagine how good i'd have been if i juiced then but i was def too young. now im only 2.5 weeks into my 400mg test prop cycle and blowing up fast. im getting compliments left and right and even being accused of juicing by my boss lol. kinda scary actually.

Holy shit i was the same :winkfinger:

Seeing my dad power lift. Crazy strength and wanted the same.

Knee injury would not heal for 2 years so I did a deca and dianabol cycle. It healed and got back to my sport. Then figured out that all the top guys that were beating me were juicing. so I did some low dose stuff. Mostly winstrol and a little deca and test heare and there and boom I was beating them. After a few years I stopped AAS and was still winning. Then injured another knee and juiced it back into shape and cycled on and off for another few years. Then I quite the shit until I was in my mid 40s and my endocrine system started to wear out and body got worn out from all the fighting sports and heavy weight training and everything else. Now I do a modified TRT on and off. I still take breaks from anywhere from 2-6 months. Taking a break now. It's always interesting to look at the blood work as I recover.

I was always skinny througout High School, and I was "ok" with it, but I wanted more. It wasn't until I was about 24 when I got the gym, joined, learned all about diet, training etc. 6 months later a juice head from my gym got me on and I have been blasting and cruising since, for the past year or so.

I got to the gym as a skinny guy, about 140lbs at 5'9" (on a good day, lol) and now I am bouncing around 210lbs.

I won't come off.... EVER!

I was the skinny kid growing up. I was an extreme ectomorph and I grew up on basketball all day long and football season was a chore. When I got to middle school my body started changing and I was doing pushups and lifting on machines like crazy and by the time I got to high school I was looking more like a football player and that's where I excelled. I was still lean though I graduated at 6' 180 and my first year of college my roomate and I started experimenting with PH's (SD, Phera, tren, M1A) and I was a leaner more solid 200 by the end of freshman year. Once I found a source for the real stuff I was off to the races. Comin up on my second cycle and holdin steady around 215 at the moment.
