One of my training partner is about to start an 8 wk training camp for an upcoming MMA fight and he was wondering what cycle would suit him best. One thing about MMA training is ur body often takes a lot of time to recover and I even recommended that a light cycle would aid in this recovery and allow him to make better strides. I told him a 100mg/eod prop and a low dose of var for 8 wks. The thing is he said he will be losing around 15 lbs of water weight the last couple days to weigh ins. Would he be in jeopardy of effing up his kidneys?
