10 Week cycle:
Week 1-7 = 250mg sus250 2X/week = 500 mg/wk
Week 8-10 = 375mg sus250 2X/week = 750 mg/wk
Week 1-7 = 100mg Primobolan 2X/week = 200 mg/wk
Week 8-10 = 200 mg Primobolan 2X/week = 400 mg/wk
Week 8-10 = 80mg Tren Ace EOD
Week 1-10 = 500iu HCG 2X/week
PCT:
Week 11 = 1000 iu HCG every 3rd day
Week 13 = 40mg Nolva and 100 mg Clomid
Week 14-15 = 20mg Nolva and 50 mg Clomid
I just finished a 12 week cycle of sust 250. It was my 3rd cycle since 1996. My second was in 2003. I'm 36, 5'9", 210, 20% bf.
I like to keep my cycles as simple as possible, but I'm interested in a slightly more advanced cycle for my 4th which I will kick off in mid-November later this year. My primary goal is body recomp.
I had a great last cycle. It was a simple jump start cycle. Beginning weight was 191 lbs at 34% body fat. I know, gross. By the end of the cycle I'm 210 lbs at 20% bf and maintaining strength and size.
I'm going to spend the next 4 months focusing on getting my body fat down below 15%. I believe this is achievable with an adjustment to diet and increased cardio. If I can lose 2% body fat a month, then I should be at 14% or better by November. That being said, I will postpone my cycle until I at least get below 15%.
This past cycle is the first time I've tried PCT. Didn't know about it in the past. Young and dumb. I've also never tried Tren Ace. I've heard good and I've heard bad. I'm not familiar with kickstarts using Dbol and I'm not familiar with Aromasin or Arimidex. I've read and researched my ass off but I have no personal experience using them. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
