Getting back into the swing of it. Took a break from them for a little bit. The hammer strength machine has been so sweet to me that I have get used to chucking dumbbells up over my head again lol. Now that Im back at it, there will be no excuses. Volume will be increased as well.

Dumbbell Press:
40x16 Warm up
50x14 Warm up
70x8
75x7

Seated Laterals:
25x14
30x14
35x10>25x15

Bent Over Rear Raises:
25x20
30x16
35x12>30x7

Upright Rows:
70x25

Cardio:
20 mins 3.5 @ 7% Incline 167 cals

Yeah, no doubt about that. Those numbers will be better next week for sure.
 
My form is always solid. I dont swing shit or anything dumb like that. Everything is controlled and a full ROM. Only time my form gets loose is to try and squeak in an extra rep or two. As cheesy as it sounds, Ive learned to check my ego at the door, and it pays off.

Nope, never have. Im waiting on TwoTuff or you to come give me a hand lol. I know if I had a spotter I could definitely progress a little more. But Ive been a lone wolf since day one, so its all good.

I strained my pec something fierce a while back, just from not warming up properly. couldnt even do 10 pain-free push ups for like a month and a half. I learned my lesson quick.

I know Im not the biggest guy by any means, but if I see a new guy doing some hardcore ego lifting, Ill give him some tips. People did it for me in the beginning, so I try to pass it along. Ill stop now, because I will just keep ranting about people. Like the guy who has 13" arms and does shitty ass hammer curls with every workout. Alright, Im done lol
 
Lol had a guy that maybe weighed 140lbs at the gym yesterday trying to do 95lb preacher curls. When he could not get it one time he asked for someone to help pot him. Im going to record these guys and post them on youtube lol.

I was on vacation, you should have got with my secretary. Took the wife and the kids to Mackinac for a bit. Cedar point yesterday. Good times! I am back though. Just have to get back into the swing of the things though. Will definately be back to normal posting levels.
