Getting back into the swing of it. Took a break from them for a little bit. The hammer strength machine has been so sweet to me that I have get used to chucking dumbbells up over my head again lol. Now that Im back at it, there will be no excuses. Volume will be increased as well.

My form is always solid. I dont swing shit or anything dumb like that. Everything is controlled and a full ROM. Only time my form gets loose is to try and squeak in an extra rep or two. As cheesy as it sounds, Ive learned to check my ego at the door, and it pays off.
