Reverse Grip Pulldowns:

Lying Leg Curls:

Standing Single Leg Curls:
70#'s per side x 8

Glute Ham Raises:
BW + holding (2) 45's

EZ Bar Curls:
100 x 12

Cable Curls:
125 x 12

Seated DB Curls:
40's x 12

Cardio:
45 minutes of interval cardio

#1 Decided to do hams with back instead of quads. Reason being, I thought doing back and quads would put a lot of stress on my lower back. Im going to pair quads with shoulders.

and #2 Im going to do bi's before hammies. I waited til the very end to hit bi's, and it definitely affected me. The way I see it, I'd be much better off doing the smaller muscle group(bi's), BEFORE another big muscle.
 
My wife would also like to thank Z. I laid that shit down last night, and she popped 5 times.

when the 4th and 5th times came I was like "are you fucking serious" hahaha. Never had a problem getting her off 2-3 times in a session, but 5?!? yeah buddy. Only problem was, I didnt even finish(weird) but its all good, I felt like a champ haha

Man, I destroyed that shit.....
