My back is still pretty sore so tonight I was very careful. I felt pretty good and the only change I made was substituting seated calf raises for my usual standing. I did that to take stress off my back. I also made an appointment with a deep tissue massage therapist on Saturday. He thinks I might have an issue with an erector in my lower back.

Nice incline man!I didnt train legs today, but I did do chest (legs tomarrow) nailed 350 on the incline bench! fucking pumped about that ready for a nap now, and wish my daMN EYE WOULD QUIT twitching...

I will avoid back surgery at all costs. I need to see a doc if it doesn't get better but I am hoping it will. Everyone I know that gets back surgery is F'd for life so I'm going to see if I can get it adjusted first. If that doesn't work then an MRI is next.hopefully the massage therapy helps it out. do you think youll ever get/need corrective surgery, or are you just going to deal with it?
