i personally think the stretch is very important and the way he doesnt it is a lot of bis...just me
 
It's almost perfect..... But not quite.

It's missing the stretch of the spinal erectors, activation of the rear delt(every body could use more rear delt) most of the movement of the scapula.... So, I say it's far from perfect. Lol, also there is no "correct" way do do any movement. It's more about the movement fitting your type of workout.

I agree with this.

I like to lean forward just a little and pull back and really pull from the shoulder/back joint. Otherwise I feel too much bicep is incorporated and they wear out much more quickly than my back.
 
i started out doing them that way but got heckled by the some of the vets and bbers at the gym saying to stay strait, i dont know ... this way works for me and i always get comments from guys and staff at the gym saying i got perfect form. so ya...:D
 
But perfect form will only take you se far.....

I do mos of my back work how people say not too. Not to spite them, just that I feel the muscles working better this way..... The back don't lie.

That pic is when I was about 205-210 about 3-4years ago..... No new pic of me at 235-240, witch I am now. Also I was about 8-9% and now I'm kinda bulkin I'm about 10 so alot less detail.
