i personally think the stretch is very important and the way he doesnt it is a lot of bis...just me

It's almost perfect..... But not quite.
It's missing the stretch of the spinal erectors, activation of the rear delt(every body could use more rear delt) most of the movement of the scapula.... So, I say it's far from perfect. Lol, also there is no "correct" way do do any movement. It's more about the movement fitting your type of workout.
