Thanks everyone. Yes I've only ran one cycle before. I'm finished with my PCT and have not lost a pound. I'm still 6'0 ft around 220 lbs and pretty lean ( not heavyiron lean lol).

I plan on making a legit body transformation once I start this next cycle.
