I use it everyday, no noticeable feeling since its a multi vit. Not feeling anything is good, I never get sick when I take em. The first piss you take after taking them will be neon yellow, always get a kick outta that. Radioactive MAN!

Monday- ARMS


Machine preacher curls (FST-7)- 7 sets
V-bar push downs- 4 sets + 2 drop sets
Hammer Curls- 4 sets
Cable standing skull crushers- 4 sets
Seated DB curls- 3 sets
DB overhead triceps extensions- 3 sets +1 drop set

Total: 28 sets (overkill I know, but I was pumped!)

Notes: My diet has been going well and so has my lifting. Hopefully I wont get the tren ace sides, because everything is going so well now. I'm starting to get tighter all over and I def have a fuller look.
 
Question, aren't FST-7 sets supposed to be done last, like a pump set? I'm not sure, wanted to ask.

yeah, essential fst-7 was supposed to be done at the end, for a 'pump set'. But after reading a few of hany's articles it doesn't really matter. A lot of his clients prefer them in the beginning. I like to switch it up so I doesn't really matter too me. Just personal preference

Cool, got back to the gym today after recovering from tricep surgery. I'll have to give it a try once I get back in the swing of things. Thanks!!
 
yeah, 3 x 20-25 mins of stair master every week. I feel like 20 mins does nothing so I will prob but it up to 45 mins very soon.

I felt like that too, but 20 miins on the stair master and a low calorie diet, I was losing consistent. I feel like 30 mins on the treadmill and elliptical is a waste, but I am waiting for our gym to get a stair stepper

Tuesday- DELTS


DB seated shoulder press- 4 sets (made the 100 lb dbs feel like butter)
Machine single arm side laterals- 4 sets
Cable behind the back side laterals- 4 sets
Upright rows- 4 sets
Machine rear delt press- 4 sets

Total: 20 sets

Notes: I am literally the fucking man. I seriously killed this workout soooo hard. Had the whole gym looking at me. I guess the tren ace is kicking in a little. I was stupid strong today. I can't wait to keep killing it in the gym. I know I need to start doing more cardio so hopefully that goes well.

Just a heads up, I'm up 8 lbs wtf. Idk how I' am gaining weight. I guess I need to watch my diet a little better but my fats are already really low.

Wide grip chin/pull ups- 3 sets
Lat pull downs- 4 sets +1 drop set
CG cable rows- 4 sets +1 drop set
Single arm db rows- 3 sets
Lat pull overs- 4 sets

Total: 20 sets and I went heavy as fuark!

Notes: Still feeling really strong, can't wait to see what numbers I put up tomorrow for chest!

ughhh I'm laying in bed starting to sweat. This is not good! I'm trying not to eat any late night carbs so any other suggestions for falling asleep easily and not sweating at night?

Not sure if your pinning ED or EOD but my sweats seemed to least tone down some when I switched ED. As far as the sleep goes valerian root and melatonin works for me. But if the Tren demons have set in they do what they want ;)
