Wednesday- BACK DAY BABY!
Chin/Pull Ups (rest pause)- 4 sets
DEADLIFTS- 6 sets
Hammer strength underhand lat pull down- 3 sets
Lat pull downs- 4 sets
DB rear delt raises- 4 sets
Total: 21 sets
Notes: I was feeling crazy strong today so I was doing sets of 405 on deadlifts with a few secs rest in between sets, to make it harder. My diet has been going well but I'm convinced that I won't loose BF unless I do cardio every single day. I guess I'm going to have to man up and give it a shot.
