How many times a week is Best to Lift on Cycle? Opinions?

How often to lift per week on cycle?

Say the workouts are 40-45 minute workouts, higher intensity. Starts with a base of heavy compounds and moves to isolation work. Simple first-timer cycle for example of 600mg test a week.

3-4 times a week usually when off cycle, for reference.

I know gear improves recovery times, so would this change the ideal frequency of lifting? How many times a week is ideal/has worked best or you?
 
Every-body- is different you gotta try and see what works best for you, i generally do 2 days on 1 day off.
 
I would continue to do the same as off cycle. Then possibly add to that as strength & recovery improve. Generally though, tendon & ligament strength will lag behind muscle strength on cycle and that can set you up for some annoying injuries if you bump up your training too much.

This is what I do. Being older and not wanting to do the traditional bulk deal, I eat very clean rather than eating everything in sight. My progress is slower but steady and safe. I do train hard from time to time both on & off cycle but over time that tends to just wreck my joints and stress tendons if I keep pounding away for too long.
