im a form nazi....but those are big dbs....many in the gyms cant even holdem so i give you props for effort....i think you would get more out of lighter dbs but what do i know my arms suck

I dont disagree to some point what I have found for me, i will do a set super heavy and then drop down for strick form. I can tell you every arm workout my arms are sore. not that means a hole lot, but they are growing for sure.
 
For me when I go heavy form suffers a little I agree w u all the way I start heavy and drop down and by the end form is perfect I find I grow more if I push my self w heavy weights I feel like you'll never grow I u do light weight perfect form u might get ripped but I'm going for huge and no it didnt look like your wife was going to hurt herself I've seen guys struggle more w 25 lbs for me lifting weights is about going for it u say I can't bench 3 plates f it throw em on and lets find out thAts how I like it and v where did u get those hooks I use the wraps but hate them those hooks looked cool

That's the best way to go about it. Unless your "weighing in" for a competition, I think the mirror is a better way of measuring progress.

i agree just one week focusing my normal direction have lost a couple % BF. Thoughts should I run Var or Winny the last 6 weeks? I have both
 
If you got enough, I would run the Var.
