Chicken stir fry:
Saute onions, mushrooms and 65g of raisens in 1tbsp coconut oil, soy sauce and green Tabasco.
Add 8 oz cooked cage free chicken breast. Let cook for a min.
Add 175g white rice and mix together.
Pour a tbsp or two of SanJ gluten free stir fry sauce and mix. BOOM
BREAKFAST:
6 cage free eggs cooked in grass fed butter over easy
4 pc cin raisin Ezekiel toast w/ grass fed butter and sugar free jam
2 pc beef bacon
1 glass grass fed milk/or raw milk
Bedtime protein drink:
50g true protein peanut butter chocolate whey isolate
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
4 oz grass fed milk/or raw milk
2 tbsp all natural chocolate peanut butter/or almond butter
