Chicken stir fry:
Saute onions, mushrooms and 65g of raisens in 1tbsp coconut oil, soy sauce and green Tabasco.
Add 8 oz cooked cage free chicken breast. Let cook for a min.
Add 175g white rice and mix together.
Pour a tbsp or two of SanJ gluten free stir fry sauce and mix. BOOM

BREAKFAST:
6 cage free eggs cooked in grass fed butter over easy
4 pc cin raisin Ezekiel toast w/ grass fed butter and sugar free jam
2 pc beef bacon
1 glass grass fed milk/or raw milk

Bedtime protein drink:
50g true protein peanut butter chocolate whey isolate
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
4 oz grass fed milk/or raw milk
2 tbsp all natural chocolate peanut butter/or almond butter
Blend with ice
 
Oh ya! And the classic post workout meal!! :

2, 3x2 burger from in and out, no salt, only ketchup,cheese and grilled onions wit a diet coke:)
 
Man this sucks, was hoping u guys had some good ideas... Everyone only interested in the anabolic zone no nutrition or training lol.....
 
1kg pork mince, browned and drained to remove excess fat
1 full clove of garlic chopped
Big bag of fresh basil chopped
1x red onion diced
1x tin kidney beans
1x tin black beans
2x tin chopped tomatoes
1x chopped chilli
1x packet of taco mix

Makes 3-4 feeds. Add some brown rice if needed.
 
Here's my bedtime treat:

125g weightwatchers cottage cheese
1x scoop of Synthe6 cookies and cream
1x teaspoon of almond butter
sprinkle of cinnamon

YAH PLUS 1 home made pizza 3" thick due to all the veggie toppings or SPRING ROLLS :-P

chocolate chip cookies, pasta drenched in oliv oil and tomato sauce or a pesto + cheese garlic bread!

Today is going to be shish kabobs!!
My shish:
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped onion
7-10 mini tomatos
7-10 or so brown mushrooms
100g wheat gluten protein *meat type substitute*. (Chopped into chunks and let sit in a small bowl of orange ginger sauce for 2hrs)
1 zucchini

Ital. seasoning, black pepper and cayenne pepper dashed on, once they are all on the skewers and throw on the bbq!

umm UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I should go soak it now :-P

Beef barley soup. Beef, barley, veggies, beef stock (grin).
Chicken with peppers and onions in a tomato sauce served over mashed potatoes.
Swiss steak served over rice. You can Google a recipe.
Today was stir-fried chicken and veggies served over rice.
Chicken in a curry sauce served over cous-cous.
Ham and scalloped potato casserole.
Ham and string bean soup/stew with potatoes.
Homemade Beefaroni (ground beef, pasta, sauce, and a couple of cans of peas)
Stuffed green or red peppers (stuffed with a mix of rice, ground beef, and tomato sauce)
Halupki (golabki here in Poland) - cabbage wrapped around a beef and rice mix, baked in a thin tomato sauce.
CHILI (with beans, sorry Texas)
Meatloaf with mashed potatoes... great cold the next day on sandwiches.
Swedish meatballs, served over buckwheat.
