I don't really plan on using anymore than 3-4iu/day and was going to follow a protocol that I've seen floating around that has you stay at 2iu for 4 weeks before bumping it up slowly. I'm pretty impatient and am wondering if anyone just jumped to 3-4iu/day. I'm not impatient in regards to results as I realize GH isn't that kind of compound, but I'd like to get up to 3-4ius so I could hit a waking dose and a post workout dose 5 days/week

It all depends what your goals are brother. At one point, I was taking 10iu ED a looooong way back. Now, I'm good with only 3iu. If you tell us what you are trying to achieve, and your stats....we can help. Are you looking for some better looking skin? Perhaps adding 30 lbs of mass? Or just getting cut and ripped by trimming some fat? There are so many uses, and each requires a different dose. Age is also a VERY big factor. Tell us more and we will do the best to help you out.

Valid point, but I'm not really looking for total dosage suggestions necessarily as I'm pretty well set on staying around 3-4iu/day 5days/week(on my lifting days). I was really just wondering about the need to "acclimate" yourself by slowly increasing the dose as opposed to just starting at your planned dose(whether it be 3-4ius or 10ius).

In any event, I'm 30years old now, sitting around 215b at 6'1". My body fat is high for me right now, but probably only 12-13%. I have about 4 weeks left in my current cycle in which I'm now running Test and Mast. I'm planning to cut calories slightly for the next 4 weeks to strip a little extra fat while I still have AAS running through me. As pct approaches I'll SLOWLY up calories again to keep my body in a more anabolic state nutritionally speaking while my endocrine system recovers. I've used ghrp/ghrh peptides off and on for a little over a year and I found they helped me to retain gains through my pct of a cycle last year...also "helping" to keep me lean in the summer months.

With all that said, I got the itch to try GH and run it through pct and beyond with the main goals of helping to hold gains, helping to keep me lean throughout the summer, and to help with nagging overuse injuries that I've struggled with off and on for years. I have/had a bad case of medial epicondilytis and two trashed shoulders(slight labrum tears, tendonitis, etc....) Everything is feeling great at the moment... hoping the GH will help me to stay that way for good. Really just experimenting through... better skin, mood, etc... would all be cool too. Just kind of seeing what results I notice. I'm not looking to megadose to try to add a whole lot of mass or anything.

I will be running some ghrp/ghrh peptides in combination. I'll most likely hit Ipamorelin/Mod-GRF 10min prior to GH shot in the AM, pre-bed, and 3x/day on the days I don't use rHGH. I may restrict the peptide use slightly early on.

I would just pin the desired dose from day one....

What's the rationale for the pyramid from 2-3-4ius??

I honestly don't know, but I've seen it around the net a lot. It seemed like that's what most did, maybe to assess tolerance, sides, etc... but in reality I don't really get which is why I asked about the rational to ramp up instead of just starting at a planned dose.

Its so you don't notice any of the acute side effects, specifically carpal tunnel syndrome. Mainly for guys who haven't used HGH yet so you can find your sweet spot or tolerance.

I'm on a 5x/week 2iu daily and it's working for me. I'm mainly doing it for tendon/joint repair so I can really get my shit straight later after I heal. In the 5 weeks on that dose, I'm seeing that my shoulders are seeing the benefits. I used to have to sleep with a pillow under my armpit or I would wake up with my shoulder hurting so bad I couldn't go back to sleep. Either I'm sleeping through it from the gh or I'm really improving. I'm also seeing my pours on my face starting to tighten and not become so pronounced. I work out in the sun and heat and my skin health is lacking even with liberal amounts of sunscreen and fancy moisturizers at night. To see my pours closing is good signs! I'm going to throw in some mt2 to help against burning and so I'm not white as a ghost.
