You would benefit more if you change rep ranges all the time, sometimes goe heavy and do 4-8 and other time do 6-12 and include the odd 15 rep. By doing this your muscles will get confused and will hopefully shock them into growth, along with a good diet.
Looking at your diet, i would say there is plenty of room for improvement. I think you could gain muscle and mass by still loosing body fat because the food you are eating now is junk now if you were to switch it up a little by adding in clean foods you would see a big difference.
The easy...
I have flax seed oil and whey with water, blend it together and sorted, but having a solid food maybe better than liquid as it will probably digest longer which is what you want.
Great gr81 lol, that is what i am doing on my arms, yesterday i went all heavy and on saturday i will go in the rep ranges of 8-15(which is what i call light). But i won't do any shocking methods.:finger:
I have heard this but never got anywhere without comsuming vasts amounts of water. I heard this from a Mens health mag at the time and that was 3 years ago, i have far progressed since then without reading them.
That is some weight....excellent you will be lifting like me soon, hehe. You seem to be in the right frame of mind and i like the way you are focused on your goals, WTG:cool2:
I think one part is enough but you need to blast each body part if you do so. The only body part i train twice a week is biceps and i have only done that of late.
Young D how much do you spend a month at your Gym as 25kg isn't really a lot of weight to progress, it would be more beneficial if...
A normal pyramid scheme would look like this.
12 reps
10 reps
8 reps
6 reps etc.
4 reps etc.
2 reps etc.
In reverse pyramiding you would do the opposite. , you would start with a heavy weight that you could lift 2-4 reps with, and then progressively get lighter and lighter.
:D
Try and start with incline(first off) then one week do an "all dumbell workout" and the following week do an "all barbell workout", obviously this would be impossible when coming to flies, so use the cable cross overs.
Change the number of sets you do on each muscle. You don't necessary have...
Hey i'm impressed with what you have taken on board WTG(I like to use this instead on WTF:wtf: LOL). Anyway you need a medal for having your oats with whey using a fork:suicide:. But your are right in not having too many carbs and the chix and salad is good.
You won't find flax in...
It depends on your goals, there is no point pushing someone into something there not going to do. I would say if you are happy with flax then stick with that, but if you feel you can't resist the almighty whipping cream then try that. But if you feel you can improve more, then you know what to...
You both have good points but the DIET is the most important goal to achieve that goes for bulking big time or to slim and shine(okay, i don't know what that's about) .
Your diet isn't good without a workout and your workout isn't good without a diet. But the diet counts for about 70% in...
