    no.. that shits terrible. It just adds fluid to the joint but doesn't do anything beneficial long term. Tests have proven that the fluid is a temporary fix and that once you get off the product you are back to normal. So it's a big waste of money. Don't know what to suggest tho... but not...

    Bench pressing without a spot?

    I sometimes ask for a neighbour to spot. But if I don't have a spotter than I don't go to the same level of failure... so to make up for it I just do an extra set. Seems to work fine.

    I don't think you're supposed to go all the way down on preacher... close.. but not all the way.. you want to keep your bicep flexed and pumped and if you lock out you are causing a lot of weight to rest on your elbows... Just like every other exercise... different people have different...

    I dunno if that does grip strength tho... I guess indirectly but it's not a squeeze... you're rolling your wrists so it's similar to doing curls.

    Umph... Been overtraining

    I don't think it's the calories... you're only 5-8 and 3500 is still a lot of calories... not really a cutting diet... more of a mild tapering diet at that height. At 5-10 i'm cutting at 2400 cals.... and not really noticing too much extra fatigue... maybe with the cutting you aren't getting...
