no.. that shits terrible. It just adds fluid to the joint but doesn't do anything beneficial long term. Tests have proven that the fluid is a temporary fix and that once you get off the product you are back to normal. So it's a big waste of money.

I sometimes ask for a neighbour to spot.
But if I don't have a spotter than I don't go to the same level of failure... so to make up for it I just do an extra set.

I don't think you're supposed to go all the way down on preacher... close.. but not all the way.. you want to keep your bicep flexed and pumped and if you lock out you are causing a lot of weight to rest on your elbows...

I'd drop some fat... 62 grams of fat on a 2000 calorie diet is too much. fat turns to fat the easiest.
I used to suppliment with Udo oil. Since I've dropped the suppliment (on recomendation of a book called "Power Eating") I've been dropping weight a bit more steadily.

They recover really fast... I can hit forearms for 6 to 9 sets and not be affected the next day... similar to calves I find.
Good exercise? I like to sit on the back end of a bench and hang a barbell behind my back and curl up. That's for one side.

I don't think it's the calories... you're only 5-8 and 3500 is still a lot of calories... not really a cutting diet... more of a mild tapering diet at that height.
At 5-10 i'm cutting at 2400 cals.... and not really noticing too much extra fatigue... maybe with the cutting you aren't getting...
Are your ab cuts determined by your genes?
Reason I ask this... I have NO cut down the middle of my abs.. none/zilch/notta. I have the side ones and so it kind of looks like an elongated 3 pack.
A trainer once told me that my defect could be just the fact that my genes indicate my ab...
