    dude, just eat healthier and lift/run a little bit dont sweat it. at 15, i dont care what people say, you arent going to make massive gains. those dont come untill your later teens and early twenties. you need a little fat on you. dont go on some crazy diet or anything, just run a few times...

    mass gainer brownies

    I was mixing up my mass gainer today and when i hardly put any water in it, it was the same consistancy and taste as brownies, i was curious if it would work out to bake the mixture into brownies so i could eat it- or would this ruin the proteins and what not in it?

    Well, on say monday ill go in and do bench (4 working sets) then ill drop the weight a little and do 1 set of wide grip and one set of narrow grip without any rest between those two sets. Then ill go over and do 3 sets of strait bar curls followed by a drop set of strait bar. then ill go back...
