    Does the amount of sex you have greatly effect the testoterone levels in your body? Like say I do a cycle with a ph or test booster and have sex with my wife every day, will I have worse results than if i was to take the ph and have less sex? Or does it not effect your levels or gains at all...

    not sure, this is the plan that was put up by w8lifter in one of her threads for bulking. i really had no idea where to start so was using that as a basis. i really have no idea about this stuff, or how to figure out how much i should be eating.
